A quick overview of services I offer to brands

Leveraging posts, DMs & stories, I help drive real attention to events, whether I’m promoting, co-hosting, or speaking. I’ve helped brands and communities increase turnout and engagement by creating buzz before, during, and after the event. If you’re looking to fill the room with the right people, I can make it happen.

I’ve helped multiple brands execute successful influencer campaigns by identifying the right narrative, aligning it with audience expectations, and delivering content that performs. From outreach to execution, I bring structure to collaborations, ensuring the campaign feels organic to the audience while delivering on brand objectives.

Your profile shouldn't feel like a boring resume. I turn it into a landing page that gets people curious, adds credibility, and makes the right folks click 'Message', whether you're looking for clients or community.

I write LinkedIn posts that sound like you, not ChatGPT. From relatable stories to industry takes, I’ve ghostwritten for CXO, agency-owners, and creators.

I can help you build a strong, consistent personal brand that makes people remember you, whether you're job hunting, growing a business, or just starting out online. From positioning to content tone, I help get the basics right.

Why would returning to the exact same runway location eight times in a row create billions in brand value? #CS46 - The YSL Paris Fashion Week Strategy 2026 Most designers would call that creative stagnation, Vaccarello called it architecture. In 2018, Anthony Vaccarello became the first designer to stage a Saint Laurent runway at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. When asked why, he said: "For me, Saint Laurent is the Eiffel Tower." That was not a quote. It was a strategy. The principle behind it is what I call "Inherited Cultural Equity"—positioning a brand inside a pre-loaded symbol so the symbol's century of meaning becomes the brand's meaning over time, without a single line of copy. The Eiffel Tower is not a backdrop. It carries 130 years of emotional inheritance - romantic, once-in-a-lifetime, worth crossing an ocean for—built across cinema, literature, and collective memory that no brand budget could manufacture. Saint Laurent did not try to build that meaning. It borrowed it. Then returned every season until the two became inseparable. What looked like repetition was territory building. Every runway image carried the tower. Every social share carried the YSL monogram. Eight seasons of the same decision compounded into something no competitor can now replicate by outspending it — because the territory was not purchased. It was claimed through time. By Q3 2025, Saint Laurent ranked number one on the Lyst Index. The hottest brand in the world, built on the same stage. In a market where every luxury house fights for Parisian legitimacy, Saint Laurent stopped competing for it, It claimed the skyline. The strongest brands do the same thing at every scale. - Startups borrow legitimacy from institutions. - Creators borrow meaning from communities. The mechanism is identical — anchor yourself to a symbol that already matters deeply to people, then show up consistently enough to become part of what it means. Most brands rent attention from platforms. The ones that compound own territory in the consumer's mind instead. The question worth sitting with: What symbol does your brand already live adjacent to — and have you claimed it, or are you still paying to be seen next to it? 20+ luxury case studies. Written, sourced, defended. None of them prepared me for what happened the moment I actually walked into one. For the better part of a year I have been pulling apart luxury houses from a desk back home. Hermès. Bottega. LVMH's entire portfolio. The scarcity mechanics, the restraint, the architecture of desire. I could explain why a brand with no logo on its face commands more longing than one that shouts its name. I was confident in that explanation. Then HEC Paris, ranked the number one business school in Europe for this exact discipline, put me in a room with people from 70 different nationalities and said: stop analysing it, Go LIVE it. We were handed a real brief; Reinvent HEC's own boutique through a luxury lens. 4 nationalities in one team means 4 different definitions of what luxury even means. The process through the project taught me more about positioning than any case study I had written. The feedback from the jury also felt extremely rewarding and insightful! Then the curriculum did something my research never could. It took us into the diamond trade itself, into the rooms where the major houses actually make their decisions, and into the flagship stores. The Hermès flagship. LVMH houses. Walked through as coursework, truly an experience worth coming back to. I had read about restraint as a strategy for months. I felt it for the first time standing in that store. The lighting was a decision. The silence was a decision. Nobody was selling me anything, and that was exactly why I wanted something. I walked out having bought a piece I had no plan to buy. Completely unplanned, entirely on brand for what the room was built to do to a person. That is the part no case study captures. You can study desire from a distance for years. You only understand the mechanism once it has worked on you. I came back to Alchemy Labs with a sharper read on an industry I already thought I understood, and proof that the gap between researching luxury and standing inside it is the entire job. Special thanks to Franck ASENKAT and Anne MICHAUT, for teaching in a way that does not stay in the classroom. Julia Pearn and Salomé ADELSKI for being such cheerful support from the application till the last event! It was truly an amazing opportunity to enjoy conversations with some truly amazing people from all over the globe! So fortunate to get to taste the world I feel passionate about, Onwards from here on! (truly) Thoughts in Motion. Learning with Intent. #LuxuryManagement #HECParis

Nike forgot it was selling a promise, The CFO's spreadsheet never recovered from that mistake. $46.3B in revenue. Still the biggest. Stock down 44%. Profit gone 86% in one quarter. CEO pulled from retirement to say four words, "Let Nike be Nike again." This is what brand suicide looks like from the inside: Cut 50% of retail partners. Chasing margin. Killed brand spend. Chasing clicks. The shelves stayed full. The meaning walked out. HOKA didn't beat Nike. On didn't beat Nike. New Balance didn't beat Nike. Nike vacated the space, They just moved in. Brand equity isn't a metric, It's a promise architecture. The moment you optimize it like a performance channel — you've already started demolishing it. You can rebuild a supply chain overnight, You cannot rebuild belief on a timeline. Identity is not a channel, It's a Promise. The full case file is in the carousel, If your brand is making decisions that look smart on paper — this one is worth studying. Thoughts in Motion. Learning with Intent. #BrandAlchemy #BrandArchitecture #LuxuryStrategy
