Hyderabad showed what happens when the system in the room is stronger than the chaos. In one city, VIPs blocked views, crowd control broke down, and emotion overflowed into anger. In the other, roles were clear, access was structured, and the crowd got what they had actually come for: Messi, football, and memories. All this feels very familiar. Most “crises” are not caused by customers or teams, but by poor design, unclear ownership, and leaders who want the photo-op more than the outcome.
