Who said nothing will change after the EY incident?
The offer letters will change!
Many clauses will be added, such as:
- We will only consider your workload to be actual workload if you’ve been with the company for 12 months.
- Every 3 months, employees are required to sign a declaration form stating that their workload is not hampering their mental health.
- If you plan to take your life, then your parents cannot write a letter to the company.
We may forget this, but these companies won’t.

Same superstar.
Same country.
Same day.
Two stadiums. Two completely different stories.
Kolkata showed what happens when the ego in the room is bigger than the guest.
Hyderabad showed what happens when the system in the room is stronger than the chaos.
In one city, VIPs blocked views, crowd control broke down, and emotion overflowed into anger.
In the other, roles were clear, access was structured, and the crowd got what they had actually come for: Messi, football, and memories.
All this feels very familiar.
Most “crises” are not caused by customers or teams, but by poor design, unclear ownership, and leaders who want the photo-op more than the outcome.
The slightly uncomfortable truth:
People do not misbehave in a vacuum. They misbehave in environments that allow, enable, or provoke it.
Respect is not what we write in a speech- it’s how we design the experience for the last person in the last row.

👱🏼♂️Candidate: Hi, Goodnight, may I come in?
👨🏽🦳Interviewer: You seem to have lost your cognitive senses. It’s 10 AM in the morning.
👱🏼♂️Candidate: I know, sir. I’m just practicing wishing goodnight to my superiors as the job description says the candidate should be willing to adapt to flexible hours and should be available on weekends/holidays.
👨🏽🦳Interviewer: Haha, that’s a good quality to have. Let’s continue with the interview…
👱🏼♂️Candidate: Thank you, sir, but the job description also states that candidates should be honest, upfront, and value ethics.
Therefore, to hell with this job. I just came to tell you that it’s ‘morning,’ and you and your company should wake up too!
