My journey at PwC India has been full of invaluable learnings and growth. As I bid farewell to my first job, here are my top learnings: 🚀 Stand Up for Yourself: If something bothers you or if you're being treated unfairly, speak up. Your voice matters, regardless of your position. Don't hesitate to raise your concerns. 🚀 Ask Questions: Being new means you'll have moments of confusion. Don’t feel dumb—everyone starts as a beginner. I was fortunate to have mentors like @Kotireddy who patiently explained things multiple times. 🚀 Be Proactive: In the corporate world, nothing comes on a silver platter. You have to actively make efforts to get that project, to get that code, to get that position.. 🚀 Follow Your Passion: Work in a domain that truly excites you. There’s no point in sticking to an area you have no interest in because it's not sustainable in the long run. I ended my journey at WPP Media in March. And honestly, this is a late post because it took me a while to process how much that place changed me. I entered the industry just trying to figure things out. Figuring out how agencies work. How to handle clients. How to manage chaos without letting it show on your face. And somewhere between campaign launches, client calls, last-minute revisions and “urgent” requests… you quietly evolve. You learn how to stay calm when the client changes the entire plan last minute. You learn that half of marketing is strategy and the other half is communication. You learn how to present ideas with confidence even when timelines are insane. You learn how to manage pressure, people, performance and expectations (all at the same time). I got to work on amazing brands like Mars, Airbnb, IKEA and Pharmacare. But more than the work, I think I’ll remember the people. The teammates who made stressful days funny. The random calls that turned into life conversations.
