Grateful and excited to share that with god's grace, I’ve received offers from Amazon and Microsoft
After careful consideration, I’ve decided to begin my next chapter with Microsoft. Truly excited to be part of a team that’s building impactful and innovative technology.
Thanks to everyone who supported and guided me throughout this journey — it genuinely means a lot. Looking forward to learning, growing and contributing. 🚀

Interview 1–2 (Intuit): Didn’t even clear OA properly.
Interview 3-4: Rejected after 1st round.
Interview 5 (Blinkit): DSA went blank under pressure.
Interview 6-9: Started seeing patterns… still failing.
Finally cracked Microsoft, Amazon, Cisco
It was a long journey for me, filled with multiple rejections.
And no, it wasn’t because of lack of efforts or hard-work.
I was solving problems daily (LeetCode, CS Fundamentals), but didn’t know:
→ What actually gets you shortlisted
→ What interviewers really look for
→ How to convert “almost selected” into offers
There was no way to cover that gap between hard-work and strategy.
But recently, I came across Ajay Yadava (an ex-Google SDE), who is helping SDEs solve this gap with his high-impact cohort.
You can book a FREE call with him here → https://lnkd.in/gHDQ9hTJ
He is not offering a random course but a cohort with 20 seats ONLY to:
→ SDEs who want structured guidance, roadmaps, live sessions, mocks and ed-to-end help with referrals & job search.
His mentees have got offers from MAANG upto 3.5 CR. You can, too!
Remember: You don’t need to be exceptional. You need to be consistent.

𝗜 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 Microsoft 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁.. 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗲! Here's the full story.
I started applying aggressively from September 2025 onwards.
I applied to 𝟴𝟬+ 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 at Microsoft alone.
Heard back from 4.
Out of those, 2 interviews got scheduled in parallel. Different teams, different locations.
🔹 Microsoft Hyderabad – Azure Team
🔹 Microsoft Noida – Xbox Team
Round after rounds, cleared and converted both into offers! 🧿
Call it luck, call it hard-work.
I call it "𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽".
Because sometimes you don't need multiple chances to clear interviews. You just need one!
And the courage to stay consistent until it arrives.
Good luck to everyone who is preparing, struggling and building themselves from scratch.. no legacy, no help, just pure will, discipline and hard work!
Sharing both MS interview experiences soon. Stay tuned! ✨
[𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁] P.S: The other applications were kept on hold and later dropped off, as I already accepted one offer!
