"Nobody tells how to be consistent" This was Aditi’s comment on my previous post. Engaging is not hard Maybe you are doing it in the wrong way? This is what I do to be consistent in engaging & networking 1. Block 1 hour in your calendar for engaging & supporting others. 2. Don’t post every day, but consider engaging & networking every day. 3. When you start initially, try to comment on at least 20 posts. 4. Network with 5 new ICPs & send them a personalized invite to get recognized. 5. Once they accept your invitation, greet them & Ask simple questions- ‘how are you’ ‘How’s LinkedIn going for you’ ‘Are you facing any challenges’. 6. Turn on notifications for your ICP’s posts. 7. Try to write your views on each post of your ICP’s. 8. Engaging doesn’t mean that you have to agree with each & every point ( you can share your reviews, ask questions, be open to feedback ). 9. Once you start doing this regularly. You will see a gradual increase in the number of people you are commenting, engaging & networking with. 10. And lastly, this worked for me but you should Try experimenting with different methods according to your schedule, needs, deadline. ______ P.S. My posts are getting good engagement now Average of 30 Likes per post Don’t judge merely on the number My previous posts received an average of 10-15 likes Now it has been increased to 30-35 Just because I am enjoying 🌼creating content 🌼Engaging & networking 🌼Having conversations with people in DMs instead of making it a headache for me If You can’t post 6-7 times a week It’s fine But don’t neglect the power of networking Start at your own pace (with small numbers, you will improve over time) Network & Engage as much as you can Support Your fellow creators And be ready to boost your engagement ______ P.S.
