Life has tested him beyond limits… but he’s still standing strong.
In 2020, he cleared GATE and landed a job at NPCIL. But fate had other plans - he lost his mother and had to step back. Instead of giving up, he took responsibility for his father and younger sister.
Just when things started looking up, tragedy struck again. In 2023, his father was diagnosed with brain cancer. He fought alongside him, doing everything he could, but in 2024, he lost his father too.
Now, he’s left with a younger sister to support with her education and outstanding debts from his parents' medical treatments.
Despite his strong academic background, recruiters are rejecting him due to the career gap on his resume - without knowing the heartbreaking reason behind it.
A referral could change his life.
If you or someone in your network can help him find a job, please do. His resume with contact details is attached. Feel free to reach out to him directly.
Sometimes, all it takes is one opportunity to rewrite someone’s story. Will you be that change?

Google Pay & Apple Pay are not working in Russia.
Due to the US imposing heavy financial sanctions on the country for invading Ukraine, Russian customers are barred from using Apple Pay and Google Pay.
This is why India needs more of its own Startups like Koo India Paytm Snapdeal Ola Zomato Urban Company Delhivery OYO Kaagaz (YC W'22) Chingari
Having our own technology and services startup will give us more freedom from having to depend on another country.
Future conflicts will not be fought by bombs and missiles. They will be fought by these platforms.
Hence, we need our own system to become #AtmaNirbhar.
Made in Bharat & Made for the world.
Note: I am not supporting Russia or anyone. My point is that we need to promote our own startups.

This is why Dr. Sesha’s life journey moves CM Naveen Patnaik to tears.
Beneath Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik’s persona of a tough administrator and astute politician lies a soft and sensitive heart.
A recent interaction with an Odia diaspora left him teary-eyed, revealing his deeply emotional side.
Seshadev Kisan, a research associate at a German University who belongs to Sambalpur spoke of immense hardships in his life and the constant support and encouragement of the Chief Minister for all that he has achieved today.
Hailing from a humble background, Seshadev rose above the grim financial circumstances, overcame all sorts of odds to top examinations and became a gold medallist in Integrated Master of Sciences (MSc) from the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER).
He had joined Georg-August University in Germany as a research associate with the help of a scholarship in 2018.
He had then been invited by the Chief Minister to meet him.
“I am pretty much delighted to meet you for the fourth time. The first time I had met you wearing bathroom slippers, a faded shirt and a Nokia phone in 2018 when you had gifted me an iPhone.”
As the tribal youth started recalling the moments by waving his iPhone, Naveen was in tears.
Seshadev thanked Naveen Sir for supporting him and bringing from nothing to everything.
Recalling the promises he had made then, the chemical engineer said,
“I have adopted 170 poor students of my village and employed two teachers for special coaching. I have been bearing everything from their education expenses to tuition fees. Our CM Sir wanted to see me as a good human being and contribute to society. I will fulfill his dreams.”
The Sambalpur lad has finished his Ph.D. in three-and-a-half years and is aspiring to work in a global pharmaceutical company for two/three years before returning to Odisha.
He plans to set up a pharmaceutical unit in the State and become a part of Odisha’s industrial journey.
Having such entrepreneurial spirits who are willing to contribute to society through their core-engineering skills is encouraging.
