𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞. Over the past year, most of my learning came from building Mentor Me, working on case competitions, strategy projects, and figuring things out through hands-on experiences. And today, I’m starting a new journey as an intern at Axxela, Kolkata. What makes this experience especially interesting for me is that before the selection process, I had almost no exposure to trading. Yet, the entire process - from the online assessment to the interview rounds - completely changed the way I look at opportunities. Sometimes, stepping into something unfamiliar teaches you more than staying where you’re comfortable. Excited to learn, make mistakes, and grow through this experience 🚀 P.S. - One of the selection rounds involved a live group trading simulation, and it was honestly one of the most unexpected interview experiences I’ve had so far. As I sign off as the 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐮𝐦 𝐎𝐩𝐮𝐬, I do so with a heart full of gratitude. What we built in just two months was not just an event-it was a journey filled with pressure, late nights, tough calls, learning, and immense pride. We dared to introduce new initiatives like Alumni Contributions, through which we raised ₹2.5+ lakhs for the event and other alumni-driven activities. Seeing this come together, thanks to the sincere efforts of Keshvi Lakhotia and Vedansh Shrivastava, was incredibly fulfilling. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the entire team and the juniors, who worked responsibly, took ownership, and stood strong even during the most demanding days. A special thanks to Yagyaparna Mandwale, who was always there-quietly managing every responsibility given to him and ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks. There were moments when I was tough. I lost my calm at times. I may have scolded the team-but what truly matters is that the team never broke. We stayed united, trusted each other, and worked till the very end. I am deeply thankful to the entire Alumni & Corporate Relations (ACR) IIT Indore for their constant administrative support, trust, and guidance, which allowed the team to function smoothly and focus on execution. What makes this experience truly special is this: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠.
