2013 Average Salary of Fresher in India - 3.2LPA 2022 Average Salary of Fresher in India - 3.37LPA % Increase in Salary for Fresher = 5.3% Gold Price in 2013 = 29.3K Gold Price in 2022 = 55.2K % Increase in Gold Price = 88.4% Freshers are the youth/gold of India, we should value them as they are the upcoming leaders and work force. If we wont value them, they wont value us. Provide sufficient salary to them, if we take gold % increase, today's fresher salary should be a AT LEAST 6LPA.
