Them: He bought his car at 22
On the background -
-> Started tutoring for 500/month in the 10th class
-> Bought paper rims wholesale and sold them at higher prices (retail)
-> When COVID struck, bought tripods for 900, which were sold at, well not 900 :)
-> Again went for tutoring after 12th but this time abroad students
-> Tried multiple YouTube pages, and Instagram pages cause of the love for content creation.
I don't want to make it sound like a struggle story cause well I wasn't trying to cover my "Survival" expenses. Still, the thing is, I interact with at least 5 students one on one and most of them have this insane sense of inferiority that their life isn't figured out!
Well, no one’s figured out everything, we’re all just piecing it together one step at a time. And that’s the part most people miss.
What looks like a straight line of success from the outside is often just a messy series of small, curious attempts on the inside. Whether it was tutoring for ₹500/month, flipping paper rims, or selling tripods during COVID.
It was never about building an empire, it was about exploring, learning, and doing something. Not everything needs to have a grand business plan. Sometimes it’s just about trying what feels right in that moment.
To the students who feel like they’re behind, you’re not.
You’re just early in the process.
You’re not supposed to have it all figured out at 20 or even 25. What you can do is stay curious, stay consistent, and stop comparing your day one to someone else’s highlight reel.
Buy your car at 22, or don’t. Start a YouTube page, fail, and start another. Teach, learn, experiment. But know this, clarity doesn’t come before action, it comes from action.
So, take that first step. The road reveals itself as you walk it.
Random post, don't know if it made sense, if it did, let me know :)
