Wrapping Up 1st Year as a PGDM Student & My Internship Journey 🎓
As I near the completion of my ATL Marketing Internship at Wow! Momo, I’m filled with gratitude for the hands-on learning and real-world exposure this experience offered.
During my time at Wow! Momo, I had the opportunity to:
⚫️ Build a format-specific New Store Opening (NSO) Playbook — designing ATL strategies across malls, kiosks, tech parks, and high streets.
⚫️ Craft launch frameworks to enhance brand visibility, footfall, and consumer recall.
⚫️ Understand how a leading QSR brand aligns marketing with operational excellence for pan-India expansion.
This internship gave me a deeper understanding of F&B marketing, customer behavior, and the power of location-based brand strategy.
🎓 PGDM - 1st Year at IMI, Bhubaneswar has been equally enriching:
✅ Strengthened technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data storytelling.
✅ Completed the Meta Marketing Analytics Course, building data-led brand thinking.
✅ Conducted SKU-based research projects for small-format grocery retail.
✅ Collaborated with business leaders as part of IMI Bhubaneswar Management Conclave hosted by the Marketing Club.
✅ Co-operated as part of the Media, PR & Branding (MPR&B) team, enhancing IMI’s digital presence through content strategy and social media campaigns
✅ Hosted a virtual inter-college event for the EBSB Club, highlighting the traditions of Odisha & Maharashtra through games and a case competition.
✅ Represented IMI in sports tournaments at XLRI Jamshedpur ,Xavier Institute of Management(XIM Bhubaneswar) , Birla Global University and on home turf.
✅ Appointed Campus Ambassador for Alcheringa, IIT Guwahati – Northeast India’s largest cultural fest.
✅ Core organizing team for Phronesis, IMI’s flagship fest — handling operations and outreach.
✅ Continued my passion for music — writing and performing original tracks during campus events.
From brand decks to sports fields, conclave coordination to cultural collaboration — this year has taught me resilience, ownership, and creative execution.
Lastly I would like to thank my mentors, faculty members, my family & friends for supporting me through out this journey.
Excited for what lies ahead as I carry these learnings forward 💼
