Let me talk about my Inspiration IAS officer Srushti Deshmukh Gowda, who managed to clear the UPSC exam in her first attempt and secured AIR 5. She was an engineer and women topper of UPSC 2018 Srushti Deshmukh wanted to complete her engineering from IIT but she did not succeed in clearing the IIT entrance exam and took admission in Bhopal's Lakshmi Narain College of Technology to complete her B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. It was her dream, since childhood, to become an IAS officer, someday. She realized that she needs to become a part of the administrative system in the country. In that way, she would truly be able to help young girls who are forced into child marriage.She wanted to be able to help them to study, get a job, become self-sufficient. Srushti's Message : Srushti is convinced that her success will send across a message that you don't really have to go to an IIT or a top engineering college, in order to make your dreams come true. It doesn't matter which college or school you attend.But, it is about what you make of the opportunity given to you, how hard you are able to work, and how much effort you put in that will determine your success. #dedication #IAS #Engineer

Finalists may get interview opportunities. - 𝗦𝗼𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘀: Focused on Google Cloud technologies, these events promote learning and project development. Participants may also receive seed funding for startups. 2. Adobe - 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲: Aimed at second- and third-year students, typically conducted in July or August, offering prizes and interview opportunities. - 𝗖𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗮: Held in March or April, exclusively for female participants with similar benefits. - 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Provides financial support and research internships to female students in STEM fields. 3. Flipkart - 𝗙𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗸𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗱 : Conducted in June or July, with tracks in software, robotics, and information security. Offers interview opportunities leading to internships or full-time roles with packages up to 32 LPA. - 𝗙𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗸𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘆: A diversity hiring program for second-year female students offering mentorship and internships. 4. JPMorganChase - 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱: Enables freshers and interns to join the organization. CTCs range from 14 to 17 LPA. Participation is usually via placement coordinators in select colleges. 5. Uber - 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗴: Conducted in March, it provides coding challenges, prizes, and interview opportunities. 6. Myntra - 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗽: A hackathon with special challenges for female candidates, typically held in September, offering prizes and interview chances. 7. Amazon - 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗢𝗻: Open year-round, featuring coding challenges leading to interviews for software engineering roles. - 𝗠𝗟 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹: Focused on machine learning concepts with mentorship opportunities. 8. #SmartIndiaHackathon - A national initiative solving real-world problems from government ministries. Offers recognition, prize money, and a great career boost. 9. Walmart - 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿: Diversity-focused hackathons providing interview opportunities for internships and full-time roles with attractive compensation. 10. American Express - 𝗖𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁: Focused on financial technology, participants develop solutions for credit card security and can win cash rewards or pre-placement offers.
