How I got selected at Zomato with ZERO EXPERIENCE- Yes not even an Internship. Also before you start congratulating me I didn’t accept the offer.😭 But that’s a story for another time:) Back in Jan 2025, I saw an opening at Zomato. With zero expectations (and zero experience), I applied for it. And then came the mail: "We would like to schedule your interview. It will be offline." OFFLINE!? Now here's the thing: I had never given an offline interview before. Just a few online ones for internships which I never even ended up doing. The introvert in me panicked and so I asked if it could be virtual. They said no:( I told myself: It’s okay, Divyanshi. You have nothing to lose. If not an offer, you’ll walk away with experience. So I showed up. Here's how I prepared for it: ⭐️Find people who’ve been in your shoes Search for the job title + company on LinkedIn. I reached out to 5+ people. Some replied. Some ignored. But the ones who helped? GOLD. ⭐️Mock Interview with ChatGPT Befriend ChatGPT like, actually. Chatgpt will act like the interviewer and told me: What to say, what not to say, how to avoid filler words it helped me prep better than I ever imagined. ⭐️Internet = Mentor Gone through YouTube, Reddit, Blogs. Anything that gave me an edge. There’s no excuse when the internet gives you everything. ⭐️Mindset prep matters the most Interviews aren’t just about your resume. No practical, theoretical knowledge matters if you're not mentally prepared. They’re about your presence, your belief. 👉🏻Walk in with this thought: Even if I don’t get it, I will walk out smarter than I walked in. And I did. I walked out with the offer letter. I was on cloud nine. But life had other plans. I didn’t end up accepting it, not because it was Zomato. But that’s a story for another post:) I would love to know your interview experience in the comments🫶 #Zomato #Interview

I am so grateful to announce that I am launching my own startup: A match making service for linkedin⭐️ I am serious. Why you ask? As you see in the screenshot attached: Mr Manish Singh stunningly commented on my previous post where I explained how I got selected at Zomato- no relevance right? But the audacity right? "I wanted to do marriage." Sir, this isn't a marriage site. This is LinkedIn. A professional platform. Not LinkedIn Your Kundali. If you’re this jobless, maybe focus on employment before engagement. Or better yet, get married to grammar first. Clearly, the two of you have never met!? #WomenSafety #CallingOut #Linkedin

I feel unsafe in my own home. Not at midnight. Not in a shady lane. At 2PM, in broad daylight. AT MY OWN HOUSE. I was home alone when a delivery guy rang the doorbell. I was wearing my usual home shorts- nothing inappropriate, just comfortable clothes inside my own home yet: •I rechecked my clothes to see if it is too transparent. •I stayed half behind the door to cover my legs. •I even pretended someone else was at home, so he wouldn’t think I was alone. WHY? Because even in 2025, living in a TIER 1 city, as a woman, I still can’t feel fully safe- even at my own HOME, my SAFE SPACE. This isn’t a rant. This is a reality. And people say- “Feminism is overhyped.” “Girls are safe now.” “It’s not that deep.” No, IT IS THAT DEEP. If I can’t feel safe in my own house while wearing what I’m comfortable in: Then we haven’t progressed. We've just become better at pretending. It’s not about blaming men. It’s not about making this a 'men vs women' thing. ❌It’s about asking why a society built by ALL of us still fails HALF of us. Please dont skip this‼️ I know every women reading this will relate and share her thoughts in the comments. But I want the men reading this to: NOT STAY SILENT. AND SPEAK UP AS WELL. #Feminism #WomenSafety
