As an article completed my first STOCK AUDIT ✅ Here are my findings from the same : 1) The weight machine should be brought to zero after measuring the weight of the box 😂 2) Don't rely on your first physical count, you still need to learn how to count first 😂 3) Even if the box is sealed pack open some of them to check that the quantity is matching with the labels ✅ 4) Don't think about your gym and workout because exercise poori hogi 😎 But the best thing that i learned is how to discover the fault and errors with certain practices followed by the warehouse department and how corrections can be made to them so as to ensure Inefficiencies are reduced to mere level that will benefit the company as the stock will be maintained properly and there will be neither overvalution nor undervalution of stock so profit will not be impacted.
