Unleashing the DEV Energy at 100xdev Delhi Meetup 🚀 Picture this: a room buzzing with tech enthusiasts, and me, right in the middle of the action at the 100xdev Delhi meetup. This event was a treasure trove of cutting-edge insights, and let me take you through the highlights. Harkirat Singh Bhaiya 😎 : Web2 and Web3 Expertise 🌐🔍 He was the main organizer, shared his deep knowledge of both web2 and web3 technologies. He talked about 0 sum games and infinite sum games explaining what Indian Sofware Engineer's need to actually be the Best of Best. Manu Arora : Ace of UI Design 🎨🖌️ Mannu, the founder of Aceternity UI, captivated us with his mastery of user interface design. He shared how to build actual real world projects that can be potentially scale them to real world products Raj Vikramaditya bhaiya AKA Striver : The DSA Maestro 🧠💻 Striver bhaiya, the YouTuber behind the popular "Take You Forward" channel, took us on a deep dive into the world of Data Structures and Algorithms. He talked about the insider problems of scaling TUF to TUF+ and the intricacies of managing team inside as well as Technical System Design for the same Sameer Sadana : The Course Connoisseur 📚🚀 Sameer, the founder of Appx, shared his insights into the world of online course creation and management. His expertise in building a successful course platform inspired us to rethink our own content strategies and reach new heights. One of the best parts of this event was the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals who share our passion for technology. Ran into some amazing people like Pranav Rajveer 🤓, Md Anjum Kamali, Sargam and many more . Huge shoutout to Supriya Rai 💛 to accompanying me for my first Tech event 😂 The energy in the room was palpable, and the conversations were both insightful and inspiring. 🤝💡A big shoutout to the organizers for putting together this fantastic event. The attention to detail, the carefully curated speaker lineup, and the overall execution were truly impressive. I left the 100xDevs Delhi meetup feeling energized, motivated, and ready to take on the tech world. 🎉🚀

Please STOP blaming AI for ugly UIs. I see too many people shipping MVPs that work but look like generic AI slop — and then wondering why users don’t trust them. Dark gradients everywhere. Random shadows. Five fonts. Ten colors. And the excuse is always the same: “Cursor / AI / templates made it like this.” No. The failure isn’t AI. It’s lack of visual discipline. Here’s what to do instead: → Reduce colors aggressively Pick one primary and one secondary. Everything else earns its place. → Lock a spacing system 4px / 8px scale only. No vibes. No eyeballing. → Use one font family Max 3 weights. If you need more, your hierarchy is broken. → Design in greyscale first If it doesn’t look good without color, color won’t save it. → Keep radii boring and consistent Inconsistent corners scream “early-stage chaos.” The UI above looks clean not because it’s fancy, but because it’s controlled Save your money and time, follow a design system and solve a problem. PS : I follow shadcn and platforms like Mobbin to help build better design language taste
