Growing up in a lower-middle-class family, becoming a CA and landing a job at Big4 wasn't easy. Worked hard to earn the CA title despite hearing criticisms/taunts from relatives and dealing with health issues. (Suffered unbearable pain from gallbladder stones before the CA exam. Even multiple injections didn't help.) Juggling dreams with health struggles isn't easy. Embracing spirituality, practicing meditation and reading the Bhagwat Gita, fueled resilience and inner strength. Recently I interviewed a fresher candidate. Me: Do you have any prior work experience? He: No I don't have much experience as I applied to many organisations but won't get selected. Me: Then why we should hire you? He: As I got rejected I figured out my mistakes and worked on to improve them.
