Growing up in a lower-middle-class family, becoming a CA and landing a job at Big4 wasn't easy. Worked hard to earn the CA title despite hearing criticisms/taunts from relatives and dealing with health issues. (Suffered unbearable pain from gallbladder stones before the CA exam. Even multiple injections didn't help.) Juggling dreams with health struggles isn't easy. Embracing spirituality, practicing meditation and reading the Bhagwat Gita, fueled resilience and inner strength. Transitioning from Sangita to "CA Sangita Biswas" was no easy feat, it stands as a result of resilience, patience and NEVER GIVING UP APPROACH. Remember, ignore naysayers and stay dedicated irrespective of mental or physical challenges. Every small step counts toward your dream. Keep pushing forward, no matter what. Recently I interviewed a fresher candidate. Me: Do you have any prior work experience? He: No I don't have much experience as I applied to many organisations but won't get selected. Me: Then why we should hire you? He: As I got rejected I figured out my mistakes and worked on to improve them. (He explained to me how he had worked to improve the mistakes) Me: You are hired.✌ (Even though he doesn't acquire the required experience but he impressed me with his honesty and willingness to learn. His attitude and eagerness to grow convinced me to give him a chance.) All the HR out here I believe that giving opportunities to those who show a genuine desire to learn can be life-changing.
