Felt Dumb and useless right !! Like you don't belong here !! Well, there are certain circumstances where you are made to feel dumb and you get into a state of self-doubt. While working in corporates there are many times when this happens. In my friend's case- he had a senior analyst above him who always gave him the work and whenever he faced certain complications facing them he explained them to him but in a rude manner making him feel dumb for not having any work experience and telling him that he should have paid attention in his college lectures. That was the time he realized how important it is to have good seniors who educate you without making you feel dumb and that it wasn't just about the company but also about the corporate working environment that matters. The key learnings here can be listed as follows - Don't let the judgment of others describe your potential. Make sure that you act as a good senior and don't make your juniors feel dumb and useless.
