The Game is Over, Yet Another Begins!! Finally, months of dispute between BharatPe and Ashneer Grover have come to an end!! Here is what you should know: Now, both parties agreed to drop ongoing legal battles. And Grover will no longer hold any stake in BharatPe. How is the settlement happening? Grover owns 8.4% of BharatPe. He will transfer 2.5% - 3.5% to the company, And an additional 2.8% to co-founder Bhavik Koladiya. What will Grover be left with? Well, Grover will no longer hold any stake in his capacity. The remaining stake will be transferred to family trust. Does that mean it's game over for Ashneer? Absolutely not. Grover is now on his journey to build a new lending tech startup called ZeroPe. The platform plans to provide hassle-free medical loans.
