📌 Almost a month into my journey at ADP as a 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 – 𝗙𝗣&𝗔 (Financial Planning & Analysis), and it already feels like the right decision. 🚀 As a Chartered Accountant, stepping directly into FP&A as a fresher was a goal I pursued with 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 and 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁. Breaking into this domain early isn’t easy and that’s what makes this 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 even 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹. FP&A has always stood out to me as the true core of finance where numbers are not just reported, but 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗲𝗱, 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Being part of this function at a 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟱𝟬𝟬 organization like ADP at the 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, makes the opportunity even more rewarding, and I’m 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 to be part of it.
