The exam I feared the most! The one I ended up rescheduling not once, but three times 😅 (Yes, only two reschedules are typically allowed, but due to technical issues, I got an additional chance)... At last, I am now a CERTIFIED AWS Advanced Networking Specialist. 2.5 years ago, during an interview, I was asked some AWS Networking questions and stumbled a bit. I had assumed that knowing compute, storage, security services, and a few DevOps tools would be enough. However, most of the questions I faced were centered around networking. Despite this, I cleared the interview, secured the job, and spent nearly two years in that company taking on dynamic roles. Throughout that time, I consciously worked on strengthening my networking skills - both technical and soft skills (yes, even those 😄). This year, we did something special -introducing the "𝖳𝖾𝖼𝗁 𝖰𝗎𝖾𝖾𝗇 𝖹𝗈𝗇𝖾" for the very first time! 👑 The response was beyond what we expected! Women participants enjoyed engaging in tech games, Tech Housie, and, of course, some fun selfies that added so much energy to the event. It was inspiring to see so many women actively participating and contributing to the tech community. 🙋‍♀️💪 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗜 𝗱𝗼? This year, I had the privilege of wearing multiple hats, and each role was an adventure in itself: 1️⃣ 𝖲𝗉𝖾𝖺𝗄𝖾𝗋: Shared insights on "Secure, Scalable, Smart: Your Guide to AWS Landing Zone" – breaking down how to build a rock-solid cloud foundation. 🎤 2️⃣ 𝖵𝗈𝗅𝗎𝗇𝗍𝖾𝖾𝗋: Played a part in organizing the Tech Queen Zone – an initiative that empowered women in tech with games, Tech Housie, and fun selfies.👑 3️⃣ 𝖤𝗑𝗉𝗅𝗈𝗋𝖾𝗋: Dived into the Builder Fair, where I got hands-on with Serverless Espresso, 𝘼𝙒𝙎 𝘿𝙚𝙚𝙋𝙍𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙧 �𝘦𝘤𝘩 𝘉𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘩, and GEN AI booths (Draw Your App & Boom! Boom! Comic Fan). After 20+ hours of study, 6+ mini projects, and 2 practice tests later I passed AWS ML ASSOCIATE EXAM! 🙌 I’ve been learning and practising AWS since last 5-6 years now. I want to familiarise myself with most if not all of the #aws services. #machinelearning is something that I started exploring in my college and later I never really got a chance to dive deep. But recently I found myself working on a few of the services and I started diving deeper performing some hands-on.
