A quick overview of services I offer to brands

I write LinkedIn posts that sound like you, not ChatGPT. From relatable stories to industry takes, I’ve ghostwritten for CXO, agency-owners, and creators.

I’ve helped multiple brands execute successful influencer campaigns by identifying the right narrative, aligning it with audience expectations, and delivering content that performs. From outreach to execution, I bring structure to collaborations, ensuring the campaign feels organic to the audience while delivering on brand objectives.

I can help you build a strong, consistent personal brand that makes people remember you, whether you're job hunting, growing a business, or just starting out online. From positioning to content tone, I help get the basics right.

“Don’t Get Married if You Work 70 Hours a Week” – Seriously? When I read Namita Thapar 's advice, it hit hard. She says if you’re working 70-hour weeks, don’t get married or have children. Her logic? You’ll fail at both. But here’s what she missed, most people don’t have a choice. ➡️My father has worked more than 70 hours a week for as long as I can remember. Not because he was chasing ambition, but because he had a family to feed. His work wasn’t a distraction, it was a responsibility. ➡️For many, marriage and children aren’t “obstacles” to success, they’re the reason to keep going. ➡️This mindset glorifies privileged hustle culture where work-life balance is a luxury only some can afford. Not everyone works 70 hours for passion. Some do it to survive.

Hollywood has a new casting director: follower count. TikTok & Instagram influencers are landing major roles in TV shows and movies—regardless of acting talent. ➡️ Jake Shane (TikTok star) is joining Season 4 of HBO’s Hacks ➡️ Charli D’amelio is set to appear in Hurry Up Tomorrow alongside The Weeknd and jenna ortega ➡️ Apporva Mukhijia as supporting actress in movie Naadaniya What do they all have in common? Massive followings. Not acting résumés. Even Stranger Things star Maya Hawke recently admitted: “The first thing casting directors look for now is your audience.” Because it’s not about storytelling anymore. It’s about ROI. Studios want built-in audiences who’ll show up opening night—or click play on day one. But here’s the problem: ➡️Quality suffers: Trained actors lose opportunities. Audiences notice the performance gap. ➡️ Short-term hype, long-term erosion: You might win views today, but damage brand trust tomorrow. ➡️ Hollywood’s talent pipeline breaks: If followership trumps skill, the next DiCaprio may never get a shot. This is the creator economy colliding with artistic industries. And while the influence is real, fame ≠ craft. For founders building brands: Don’t trade long-term equity for short-term visibility. Influence can be borrowed. But authenticity and quality must be earned.

Back in 1996, a young entrepreneur named Ajay Gupta walked through Kolkata’s Chinatown, expecting authentic Chinese flavors. Instead, he found something entirely different. Roadside stalls were serving up “Chinese” dishes that no one in China had ever seen of - Hakka noodles, chili paneer, Schezwan sauce… all spiced-up, desi-style. And people loved it. But the hygiene? Questionable at best. So Ajay did something WILD: He invented an entirely new category — ----- Desi Chinese in a packet. He launched Ching’s Secret — complete with bold flavors, sizzling spice levels, and names that sounded Chinese enough to pass. And here’s the twist: ➡ None of the names — Manchurian, Schezwan — exist in authentic Chinese cuisine. ➡ They were all made up. ➡But they sounded real enough to feel authentic. He went city to city, studying what Indians liked… then crafted a whole new food category from scratch. One that didn’t exist before: Desi Chinese in a packet. Fast forward to today: ➡️ Ching’s sells over 2 lakh sachets of Schezwan chutney daily ➡️ The brand became so iconic that the Tata Group acquired it for a reported ₹5100 crore ➡️ And millions of Indians still believe they’re tasting “real Chinese” All from one genius insight: Indians didn’t want authentic. They wanted familiar-but-exotic, with a kick of masala. This wasn’t just marketing. This was reverse-engineered food culture. Because sometimes, the best marketing… is just knowing what people want to believe. Have you ever tried Ching’s? Which product is your go-to?
