It took us almost a month to get this right.
Multiple rounds of testing, living through a technical hell, endless permissions, cameras that had to work in seconds, design iterations and data pipes that couldnβt fail.
At one point, it just felt easier to just put up another ad and move on. But 8 million traffic violations in Bengaluru last year told us we were solving the right problem and we stuck with it because we knew it matters.
The day the first challan appeared on that screen, the effort suddenly felt worth it. And when the videos of it began spreading across social media, it validated our hypothesis: accountability, when made visible, sparks conversation.
This project was honestly our act of courage. We wanted to try something that has never been done before and in the process, we created Indiaβs first AI billboard that sparked over 2,500+ posts and articles across all platforms.
To be heard, you have to be bold. To create change, you have to embrace discomfort.
