I got a job referral at 2 in the night! Sounds crazy, right? Let me tell you how it happened… For the past 15+ days, I’d been engaging with this super talented professional here on LinkedIn. I genuinely admired her posts, so I kept commenting, learning, and having small interactions. One night, around 1:45 AM, she replied to one of my comments. So I casually DMed her: 👉“Why aren’t you asleep?” 😅 She laughed and said she was working late. Then asked me why I was awake. I told her honestly: “I’m job hunting in Marketing, preferably remote.” And her reply? 👉 “Why don’t you try in my company?” I was stunned.
