Building a startup isn’t all sipping cappuccinos at Third Wave Coffee with a MacBook and pitching to VCs.
It’s tough.
It’s messy.
And it’s anything but glamorous.
Today, Dibyanshu and I went around the streets of Koramangala with a bunch of MoMoney posters in hand.
We pasted them on walls, autos, poles- anywhere we could catch an eyeball.
Because that’s what it takes.
Startups are built with a lot of grit, sweat and a whole lot of belief.
This is just the start.
Soon, Bengaluru will know us.
And when they ask how we did it, we’ll say, “One poster at a time”
PS. If you find one of these posters anywhere, do click a picture and send.
Also ₹250 rs from me if you spot the rickshaw with the poster ;)

The Zepto x Shaadi.com collab is all over LinkedIn today.
And yes, it’s brilliant copywriting.
But was it truly original? Or did it start with Smriti Sahu’s LinkedIn post?
Coincidence or not, the resemblance is really hard to ignore
And if her post sparked the idea, she ABSOLUTELY deserves credit!
Here’s me standing up for a fellow creator.
What’s your take on this?
The job market right now?
Brutal. Almost, inhumane.
Companies take candidates through multiple rounds of interviews, then disappear.
No feedback. No closure. Just silence.
Worst is when you see them implementing your ideas. (That's a story for another day)
Look I get it, replying to every single applicant is hard.
But when someone invests time and effort for multiple rounds?
Basic courtesy shouldn't be optional.
And honestly, with automations, even the “hard” part isn’t that hard anymore.
Personally, I try my best to respond when someone reaches out about an open role.
Especially if they’ve done their homework and genuinely want to work with us.
Because here’s what I see every day:
Amazing people. Generalists. Marketers. Builders.
People who can truly create impact.
But now, they’ve started questioning their own potential.
And that honestly breaks me.
So, here’s my attempt to fix a small part of this:
If you’re a job seeker, DM me.
If you’re a hiring manager, DM me.
I’ll connect you with handpicked opportunities and profiles that truly fit.
And to every HR and TA professional out there:
Let’s make hiring a little more human.
This is not for money.
Just a genuine attempt beyond my work to give back.
Because I’ve been lucky to receive help when I needed it.
👇 Tag someone who’s hiring. Tag someone who’s looking.

I have a confession to make:
I have NO CLUE about investing in the stock market.
My current stock portfolio is a classic example of what NOT to do wh...
