The most heartwarming video you’ll see today. The proud mother of India’s golden chess siblings posing with their 🏆 The super siblings were a part of India’s chess teams that scripted history at the Chess Olympiad in Budapest.♟️ For the first time, India won gold in both the Men's and Women's categories at the same Olympiad. The win was extra special for Mrs. Nagalakshmi, whose children made this historic double gold victory possible! She’s the mother of India’s chess prodigies and Grandmasters Praggnanandhaa and Vaishali. Both her children won gold in one of the most prestigious chess events globally. 19-year-old GM Praggnanandhaa’s performance was instrumental in taking the men’s team to the gold, while his elder sister Vaishali played a crucial role in helping the women's team secure its first-ever gold medal at the Olympiad. Legendary chess player Susan Polgar met Mrs. Nagalakshmi and called her an “amazing Chess Mom who devoted her life to raise 2 super Chess Stars!” Mrs. Nagalakshmi has played a massive role in the success of her children. She is seen accompanying them for most of their national and international events. This family from Chennai is an inspiration for many! You can also see that humility truly runs in the family! This is the family of Capt. Anshuman Singh who sacrificed his own life to save the lives of fellow armymen. His wife and mother received his Kirti Chakra Award, conferred by the President of India yesterday. The sacrifices made by the families of army personnel often go unrecognized. Capt. Anshuman’s wife, Ms. Smriti, was widowed at a young age when her husband died at the age of 26. His mother, Ms. Manju Singh, lost her young son. Capt Anshuman Singh - a doctor, was posted in the Siachen Glacier area. He died on July 19 2023, while saving his colleagues when their hut caught fire. He went inside the medical investigation room that was also on fire to retrieve the critical medical aid box. But he couldn’t make it out. This video shows us the emotional moment of his family listening to his heroic story again, right before receiving his award. Let’s not forget this story of courage, bravery and selflessness. #news #india

This is exactly what the problem with toxic workplaces is. They justify toxicity by saying ‘it’s the same for everybody’. Just because all other employees are tolerating the exploitative culture at EY, Anna should have tolerated it too, that’s what the EY India head Rajiv Memani is suggesting. Instead of saying this, he should talk to the current employees, particularly freshers, to find out what they really feel about the company’s current culture. Instead of saying that he’ll try to study the problem and bring changes, he’s in a way justifying the current culture at EY. This comes after Anna’s mother had written a letter to Mr. Rajiv Memani, entirely blaming EY for the death of her 26-year-old daughter. She had said that ‘backbreaking’ work at EY causes multiple mental and physical health issues for her daughter Anna Sebastian. But now, the EY India head has denied these allegations. Meanwhile, the Labor Ministry of India has also taken up this matter. The ministry has said that “A thorough investigation into the allegations of an unsafe and exploitative work environment is underway. We are committed to ensuring justice & the Labor Ministry has officially taken up the complaint.” This justification by the EY Head cannot be accepted. Just because every other employee is also exploited at EY doesn’t mean that it’s the right way to run an organization. We need to stop glorifying toxicity in the name of “hustle”. #stopglorifyingtoxicity #news #india #EY #ernstandyoung #anna #annasebastian
