Launching India’s first Quick Commerce community for founders & operators. 📌 I’ve been part of multiple founder communities while building 2 businesses - The State Plate & Your Growth Labs. And I found one big gap. The quick commerce industry is already a $5B+ ecosystem. Platforms like Instamart, Zepto and Blinkit are now core growth channels for brands. In fact some brands are getting built on qcom ONLY (think: Kiran Shah's Go Zero) 🍦 Yet everyone is still figuring things out in silos. India still doesn’t have a real community for people selling on Quick Commerce. Everything in qcom is different from the usual D2C playbooks - Ads, commissions, deals, pricing, fill rates, PO cycles, search visibility - every single thing, which deserves a separate channel. Rohit and I have been operating very deeply in qcom space and manage 100 crores of annual GMV for our brand partners. We find ourselves in similar conversations with brands being confused a lot of times. Which made it clear that Quick Commerce needed its own operator-led community.
