We just turned 1.
And I didn’t feel like celebrating it.
Because this wasn’t the year I had imagined.
We didn’t hit the numbers.
We didn’t scale the way we planned.
The investment we were banking on got put on hold.
Vendors messed up, timelines slipped, and we couldn't build the kind of team we needed.
But here’s the thing I’m trying to remember:
We’re still here.
Still shipping orders.
Still solving a real problem for women.
Still getting messages that say “this is a gamechanger.”
Still showing up.
So maybe this year wasn’t about growing fast.
Maybe it was about learning what not to do.
About showing up even when it’s hard.
And maybe, that’s the kind of anniversary that matters most.
Here are a few glimpses from our 1-year celebration at Chakra in Blr.
PS: It sold out in under 24 hours… and I thought I’d need 2 weeks to fill it hehe.

5 years and 5 job roles later, my stint at WeWork India has come to an end!
This leg of my life has been nothing short of fulfilling, I leave this place with immense learning, lifelong friendships, invaluable mentors and a sense of confidence to take on what lies ahead for me.
Thank you Karan Virwani for creating a workplace I call my second home.
