Spent the last 10 hours building at the Quantum for Social Good Hackathon in Bengaluru ⚛️🚀 Hosted at Startup Park by iQue Ventures, the event brought together developers, researchers, students, designers, and builders to explore how quantum computing can be applied to real-world challenges across healthcare, sustainability, security, and social impact. What stood out wasn’t just the technology - it was the mindset in the room. Our team worked on QHEAL - a Quantum Machine Learning-powered healthcare prediction system that combines variational quantum circuits with classical AI models to explore faster and more expressive disease-risk analysis workflows. We experimented with quantum feature encoding, entanglement layers, hybrid AI pipelines, and quantum-enhanced classification models, turning theoretical concepts into a working prototype within a single day. Huge thanks to QuantumX for organizing an event that focused on building first instead of just talking about emerging tech. This was not just another hackathon - it was 24 hours of pure energy, collaboration, and innovation. From brainstorming ideas with fellow builders to sleepless coding sessions and mentor feedback, the atmosphere was buzzing with creativity. The best part was seeing how quickly teams transformed raw ideas into functional MVPs, all while leveraging AI credits, tools, and resources provided during the event. Beyond building, the knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor interactions gave deep insights into scaling AI-first products and thinking from a founder’s perspective.
