I gave a referral in my previous company and he cracked the interview. Few days back, I interacted with one of my LinkedIn connection. He recently left his previous job after working for 1.5 yrs. He tried to reach out many HRs for a job but wasn't getting any positive response. He applied for many companies and jobs but got rejected. HRs aren't giving him a chance because they think he'll again try to switch the company. But we should also understand that, if an employee is repeatedly switching it's not the problem with an employee, it's with the previous company that he left. Employees don't leave jobs if they're appreciated, compensated fairly, have growth opportunities and healthy work culture. Don't blame your employees always. Rather appreciate and encourage them for their extra efforts. If you can’t hire somebody, atleast refer them to any organization. #jobs #work #growth #culture #opportunities #linkedin

I interviewed a fresher candidate sometime back, I still remember extensively... The conversation began: Me: Have you ever worked anywhere? Her: No, I’ve tried many interviews but haven’t been selected so far. Me: Then why should we hire you? Her: After failing multiple interviews, I identified my mistakes and worked on them. I upskilled myself, learned from those experiences, and am ready to prove my worth. I further asked few questions on profile and case based scenarios then said- "Congratulations, you are selected." I was so impressed by her thought process. Instead of blaming her fate or the interviewers, she acknowledged her mistakes, took responsibility, and worked to improve herself. To all HR professionals and hiring managers: Give that one chance to a fresher who is willing to learn, grow, and contribute. Freshers need opportunities too. Stop glamorizing fake hiring posts. I am glad that Shubham kotal gathered information and decided to expose these hiring post. We need to talk about the LinkedIn trend where random people post photos in front of Deloitte, KPMG, or EY logos with captions like: “Hiring for multiple roles. Drop #Interested.” Let’s be honest—no real recruiter shortlists profiles based on comment sections. These posts are nothing more than bait for vanity metrics—likes, followers, and engagement built on false hope. What’s worse? People looking for jobs fall for it—every single time. Let’s stop normalizing this. Let’s stop applauding it. And let’s stop engaging with it like it’s legitimate hiring news. Real hiring doesn’t start with a selfie and a vague caption.
