Here’s what I did when the clients STOPPED coming 👇 I used to think being an image consultant meant one thing - styling. Pick outfits. Match colors. Give feedback. Done. But very early in my journey, I realized this: You’re not just offering a service. You are the brand. And that changes everything. The same way actors are no longer just actors. Musicians are more than their music. And creators are more than content. We’re not just in the business. We ARE the business. For me, brand building didn’t start on day one. It started way before that. 🌟 Watching my dad run his business taught me the value of consistency. 🌟 Managing retail experiences taught me how to sell without “selling.” 🌟 My journey from feeling invisible to helping others become more visible, taught me how deeply image and identity are connected. So yes, I give style advice. But I also… ✅ Write, educate, and share value online ✅ Offer digital products and guides ✅ Host personal branding workshops ✅ Show up, on tough days too because that’s how you build trust Because one thing I know for sure: Fame fades. Value stays. If you’re a creator, coach, or consultant, here’s what I wish someone had told me earlier: 👇 1️⃣ Don’t chase visibility. Build credibility. A flashy post can get attention. But trust? That takes time. 2️⃣ Diversify how you serve. One-on-one sessions are great, but what else can you offer when your energy is low or time is tight? (Ebooks, guides, templates, they work when you rest.) 3️⃣ Know your why. Not your LinkedIn about section. Your real why. Mine? Helping people fall in love with how they show up in the world. 4️⃣ Show up as you. Not polished, not perfect, just present. People connect with real stories, not filtered success. 5️⃣ Think long-term. Trends change. Algorithms do too. But your story, your values, your impact, those are timeless. Today, my business still feels small in numbers. But it feels huge in impact. Not because I’m everywhere. But because I’ve built something that works, even when I’m not. Something with meaning. Something that heals, elevates, and empowers. Because at the end of the day. It’s not about how many people see you. It’s about how deeply you help the ones who do. 👋 I’m Riya Thukral, your Image Consultant and Cheerleader. ✨Helping women turn ‘I have nothing to wear’ into ‘I know exactly what to wear.’✨ If you’ve been: ✔️ Hiding behind clothes that don’t reflect you ✔️ Feeling lost in your own wardrobe ✔️ Ready to see yourself differently again 🎯 Book your FREE consultation call now: 👉 https://lnkd.in/gsqafxcA P.s Do you believe showing up online helps your business grow?

Don’t start a business until you know these 5 ugly truths 👇🏻 When I started my business, I thought entrepreneurship meant: ✔ Freedom ✔ More time for myself ✔ Money flowing in if I just “followed my passion” Sounds great, right? That’s exactly what I was told. But reality hit me like a truck. Here are the biggest lies I believed (and what I learned instead): 🚨 Lie #1: Follow Your Passion, and Money Will Follow I loved fashion, styling, and helping people feel confident. So naturally, I thought that was enough. Spoiler: It wasn’t. Passion alone doesn’t pay the bills. I had to learn: ✔ How to market myself ✔ How to sell without feeling ‘salesy’ ✔ How to solve a real problem for people If passion alone made money, my closet-shopping skills would’ve made me a billionaire by now 😂 🚨 Lie #2: You’ll Have More Free Time "You'll be your own boss!" they said. They didn’t mention I’d also be the accountant, marketer, content creator, and customer service rep. In reality: ❌ No more ‘off-hours’ ❌ Weekends don’t feel like weekends anymore ❌ Some days, I was too exhausted even to celebrate wins But here’s the thing—it’s still worth it. Because the work I put in now will pay off in ways a 9-to-5 never could. 🚨 Lie #3: If You Build It, They Will Come I thought launching my website would bring in clients. I imagined people lining up for my services the moment I hit ‘publish.’ Reality? Crickets. What actually worked: ✔ Consistently showing up online ✔ Offering value before selling ✔ Learning how to attract the right audience 🚨 Lie #4: You Need a Perfect Plan Before Starting I wasted months tweaking my website, services, and branding before even talking to potential clients. I thought everything had to be perfect. But entrepreneurship is messy. Start before you’re ready. Adjust as you go. 🚨 Lie #5: Overnight Success Is Real I saw people online talking about "hitting six figures in six months." Meanwhile, I was still figuring out how to price my services. Behind every “overnight success” is years of unseen struggle. The internet only shows the highlight reel. 💡 The truth? Entrepreneurship isn’t easy. But if you’re willing to put in the work, unlearn these myths, and stay consistent—it’s beyond rewarding. 💖 Hi, I’m Riya Thukral—your trusted Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer. I’ve helped clients transform not just how they look, but how they feel and show up in life. If you’re ready to: ✅ Stop hiding behind clothes that don’t feel like YOU. ✅ Embrace a style that complements your body, lifestyle, and goals. ✅ Build unshakable confidence every single day. 🎯 Book your FREE consultation call now: 👉 https://lnkd.in/gsqafxcA P.s Do you think social media makes entrepreneurship look easier than it really is?🤔

Trust isn’t built in a day. But it can be lost in a second ❌ In Image Consulting, I’ve learned something simple: people don’t just want to look better they want to feel seen and understood. The real transformation for them starts with clarity and honesty. In fact in my work, I meet women from every walk of life. Many of them are mothers who are, Entrepreneurs, working professionals, homemakers. Somewhere in all those conversations, I recognized a pattern. When women shop for themselves, they think 100 times. Fabric. Fit. Comfort. Quality. Every detail is inspected. But when it comes to their kids? The thought process multiplies 1000x. They NOTICE everything. They QUESTION everything. And that made me reflect on something I teach every single day: Trust isn’t built by looking good. It’s built by being honest. Brands are no different. Trust doesn’t come from glossy ads or perfect packaging. It comes from the courage to say: “Here’s what’s inside. No filters. No hiding.” That’s why this bold step by Little Joys, the “Honest Report” exactly stands for: “Trust”. They’ve turned trust into something parents can simply scan: A QR code on their milk mix, Nutrimix pack, where they can see the Honest Report which is batch-wise, NABL-certified, shares exact protein level for that batch & also the heavy-metal screening results (lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium). It’s inspiring to see a brand take such a bold step. In a world full of noisy claims… Trust becomes the real differentiator ✨️
