It’s been 8 years since I hosted Enspire, Ecell Dmce! From joining as a Volunteer, to becoming the Chairman of E-Cell DMCE, to now being invited back for the 10th Anniversary - it truly feels like life has come full circle. Since then, my journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster. I’ve failed at four startups, and ran the next three successfully for over three years. But every rise and fall has taught me something priceless. Here are a few lessons I’ve learned along the way: 1. Ideas are everywhere—what matters is how fast you build on them. 2. You can’t do it alone. The right team can take your vision to reality. 3. Nothing is permanent—not your success, not your failure. Always stay ready for what’s next. 4. Don’t take failure personally. It hurts, but it doesn’t define you. 5. Collaboration over isolation. You’ll grow faster when you build together. 6. Be the core of your business. Don’t let critical parts be dependent on others—own it. And if, for any reason, you’re not able to continue on the path of entrepreneurship—that’s okay too. The experience, the wisdom, and the scars will still put you years ahead of others your age. Thank you, E-Cell DMCE and the team for inviting me back as an alumni.
