🚀 Exciting news! Starting this month, LinkedIn is introducing an incredible new feature that will revolutionize our global customer engagement capabilities.
We all know that messaging has become the preferred method for customers to connect with businesses, surpassing traditional calls and emails. It's convenient, efficient, and builds trust in our brand, resulting in high-quality leads throughout the customer journey.
And now, LinkedIn is taking it to the next level by introducing a game-changing enhancement to LinkedIn Pages.
🫱 Soon, members on LinkedIn will be able to message us directly with a simple click on the all-new "Message" button at the top of our LinkedIn Page.
This prominent feature will serve as the primary call-to-action (CTA) on our page, creating a seamless and convenient communication channel.
Here's what you need to know:
✉️ By late May, the "Message" button will become the default CTA on all LinkedIn Pages with a single admin assigned. Our Custom CTA will now appear in the overflow menu at the top of the page, ensuring maximum visibility and effectiveness.
✉️ Members can easily message us by selecting from a range of predefined topics like "Request a Demo" and "Job Inquiry." This simplifies communication, allowing our customers to express their needs and interests directly.
✉️ All messages from members will be consolidated into a dedicated admin inbox, accessible from both the Page admin view and our personal inbox. This centralized location ensures we never miss an important message and allows for efficient and streamlined communication.
✉️ If needed, we can effortlessly disable the message button temporarily or permanently from our Page admin inbox. This gives us complete control over our messaging capabilities while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
