Four years ago, I started my journey as a fresh-faced staff. It feels like yesterday, filled with late nights in the office, or at home, endless cups of chai, and the incredible support of wonderful colleagues who became like family. We celebrated victories together and helped each other through challenges. Today, I'm honored and excited to announce my promotion to Deputy Manager! This new chapter is a witness to the hard work and guidance I've received along the way. I want to thank everyone who believed in me and gave me the opportunity to grow. I'm ready to take on this new role with the same dedication and passion that brought me here. The climb may be steeper, but the view from the top is definitely worth it. Four Years, Full Heart! A Journey of Growth at EisnerAmper India. What a ride it's been! Today marks the end of 4th year at EisnerAmper, and I'm filled with immense gratitude and a touch of that desi emotional warmth. It feels like just yesterday, July 19, 2021, when I joined as a Staff, eager to learn and contribute. The opportunities I've been given have been nothing short of phenomenal. Working directly with so many partners and receiving their invaluable feedback has been a true blessing. And that unforgettable secondment to the USA – my first international trip – was an experience that broadened my horizons in ways I never imagined! Sapne hue poore (dreams came true)! A heartfelt thank you to the entire leadership team for believing in me, for providing a platform to learn, and for fostering an environment where growth isn't just encouraged, it's celebrated. Witnessing our team flourish from a close-knit group of around 50 to a powerhouse today is truly surreal. Five years ago, on this very day, the news that I had cleared the Chartered Accountancy exams washed over me like a tidal wave of relief and joy. Years of relentless pursuit, filled with late nights fueled by strong chai, countless sacrifices, and moments of self-doubt that threatened to drown me, finally culminated in this moment of triumph. "जिस रास्ते पर चलने में तकलीफ होती है, उसी रास्ते पर चलकर मंजिल तक पहुंचा जाता है।" - This Hindi proverb, "The path that is difficult to walk on, leads to the destination," became my mantra during those challenging times. The journey from an aspiring CA to a Chartered Accountant has been a rollercoaster of emotions. There were moments of immense joy, shared with family over celebratory feasts, and moments of deep frustration, where I felt like giving up. But through it all, the unconditional support of my family, the guidance of my mentors, and the spirit of "never give up" kept me going. Today, as I reflect on this milestone, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude.
