My experience at #MURTEC?
72 hours of being "on," sharing your soul's work, and realising you’re surrounded by folks (inside the startup alley and outside!) who are just as obsessed with the future of #restaurants as you are.
Penning down notes obsessed. Listening in deep obsessed. Asking the right questions obsessed. Welcoming you into this tight-knit warm community obsessed.
Making the Top 15 was a massive honour for Storefox.ai, but the real highlight was the community. No gatekeeping, no circling around - just honest conversations in the hallways, at the exhibition space, over meals & cocktails and inside the AI summit, about the *messy middle of restaurant tech* against the beautiful backdrop of Caesar's Palace.
We spent two days talking about the big questions: How do we actually make #data useful for teams across the board? How do we scale #hospitality without losing the human touch? How do we make #AI-less overwhelming and more productive for operators?
The feedback from the judges, Bryan Myers, Anthony Mejia, and Brian Pearson was exactly what we needed: sharp, honest, and challenging.
A huge-huge shoutout to:
