A Father's Quiet Love Every day between 9:20 to 9:25 AM, I step into the lift of our apartment. And every day, without fail, I see the same sight — the lift operator, seated silently in his corner, eyes fixed on his small phone, waiting. Out of curiosity, I once asked him what he was looking at so intently. He smiled softly and said, "I'm waiting for the clock to strike 9:30. That’s when my son-in-law leaves for office. Only then can I call my daughter to ask if she’s okay. She got married recently... he doesn't like her talking to me." That moment stayed with me. In a world where we often measure strength by success, promotions, and milestones — this man reminded me that true strength often sits quietly in the corners, holding a phone, waiting for a moment to show love. Let’s not overlook the silent warriors around us. They have stories, emotions, and courage we can all learn from.

Another 10-Minute Delivery. Another Life Lost. Praveen Kumar, 26. A son, a brother, a dreamer. A delivery executive who lost his life while trying to meet a quick commerce deadline. He took the wrong side of the road — a shortcut to save time. A shortcut many riders are forced to take under pressure. Because every minute lost = incentive lost = income lost. The police closed the file — “He took the wrong side.” But here’s what we must ask: Who is truly responsible? 1. Quick Commerce Companies?????? Why are your delivery targets so unrealistic? Why does your model reward speed over safety? Why is a young life worth just a 10-minute clock and a ₹50 incentive? 2. Us — The Customers?????? Do we really need grocery in 10 minutes? Is it so hard to wait 30 minutes or plan a little earlier? Would you still demand speed if your own brother was riding that bike? 3. The Business Model Is faster always better? Have we forgotten the value of human life in the race for convenience? To the Companies: Rethink your model. Incentivize safe deliveries, not just fast ones. Make 30-min deliveries the standard, not 10. Invest in road safety training, insurance, and rider support. Transparency is key — your growth shouldn’t come with blood on the roads. To the Customers: Be human first. If it’s not a medical emergency, wait. Don't let discounts & delivery timers blur your empathy. The boy riding that bike has a family waiting for him too. This is not just a system flaw. This is a mirror. A mirror reflecting what we've become in the name of progress. We’re not just consumers. We’re part of this chain. And unless we demand change, we are all silently responsible. Don’t let Praveen’s story disappear in the noise. Speak up. Slow down. Choose empathy. Let’s not wait until it’s someone we know. ---------------------------- For me, I don't need my delivery in 10 minutes. What I need is to save a life in those 10 minutes. A grocery can be bought again. But a life once lost, can never be returned. Every second counts, and no amount of convenience is worth a human life. Think about it — no policy, no target, and no incentive should ever make us forget the most important thing: human lives matter. ---------------------------- #QuickCommerce #RiderSafety #JusticeForPraveen #DeliveryLivesMatter #BusinessWithHeart #ConsumerAwareness #LinkedInVoices #TimeForChange #Policy #RoadSafety

She ran barefoot, with pain in her stomach, and pride in her heart. She won gold… but lost in the race for recognition. The world clapped for reels, but not for real heroes like her. This post is not for entertainment. It’s for awakening. 15-year-old **Baksho Devi** from Himachal Pradesh ran barefoot to win the gold medal in a 5000-meter race, filling the nation with pride. Her victory at the Indira Stadium in Una district is not just a medal, but a symbol of struggle and courage. She is not a celebrity. She is not trending. But she is a fighter, a champion, a daughter of India who ran barefoot… …with a stone in her stomach, …with no shoes, no sponsor, no spotlight, …yet came first. She won gold. But what did we give her? A hospital bed. Silence. Neglect. But we, as a society? We made reel dancers viral. We forgot the real daughters of Bharat. Let us amplify voices that matter. Let us share stories of hope, pain, grit, and real inspiration. Support local heroes. Fund real talent. Be the reason someone like her gets a fair chance in life The world doesn’t need more influencers—it needs more impact-makers. Next time you share a reel, share a story like this too.
