For a long time, one thing held me back more than anything else: talking about my work.
My career started at a place where I never had to.
My manager always knew what I was doing, valued it, and made sure the right people knew too. I never wrote self-promotion messages or pushed for visibility. The culture took care of it.
But companies like that are rare. And everything after that looked very different.
I also grew up believing deeply in - "Karm karo, phal ki chinta mat karo." (Do the work and don’t worry about the results.)
But probably this needs an upgrade? - “Kaam karo, bakhyan karo, aur phal ki chinta mat karo.” (Do the work, speak about the work you’ve done, and don’t worry about the outcome.)
You can only control inputs. Not outcomes.
And talking about your work sits in that grey area that quietly shapes favourable outcomes.
On the personal side, I have an 80-year-old aunt who gives me a weekly update of everything meaningful she did - people she helped, food she cooked, impact she created. She is effortlessly a walking, talking brand of herself. She has shaped how people see her simply by stating what she does without hesitation. And she's done this all her life both personal and professional.
This experience made me wonder:
Whether in work or in life - 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞.
I’m still not someone who can put long updates about myself.
I can do it easily for my team.
I struggle to do it for me.
But I’m learning......
If you’ve been through a similar journey, how did you navigate it?

Your daily brew is more than just a drink – it’s an experience, and I want to hear about it. I’m running a quick survey to dive into what makes your cafe experience special and I'd absolutely love if you could fill out this quick survey for me? https://lnkd.in/gDhtD36A
🌍 What’s This About?
I’m working with my team at GrowthX® to build a revenue growth strategy for Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters, Bakehouse and Fine Cacao and I'd love to speak to people who love a good experience.

Here's the thing—not every tech problem needs AI.
AI is everywhere, and honestly, even as someone building an AI-driven solution at Marzi by Primus, the hype around AI gets overwhelming at times.
Funny enough, when I dug deeper into various AI application architectures and spoke with tech founders, I noticed a common pattern: many tech teams feel tempted to solve everything using an AI agent now, even when a simpler, rule-based flow would do the trick.
Maybe the real superpower for product managers today isn’t just knowing how to leverage AI—but understanding exactly when it adds genuine value, and when it doesn't. Helping tech teams through these decisions could save resources, simplify solutions, and ultimately build stronger products.
After all, we’re here to build sustainable businesses—not just viral ones, right?
