Midway through eating, I noticed something floating in the sauce — it was a cockroach. Not a suspicion. Not a doubt. A full insect. Shocked, I immediately contacted Swiggy customer support, expecting urgency, empathy, and a serious escalation. Instead, I received templated responses, no refund, and eventually, the conversation was closed without any real acknowledgment or accountability. This isn’t about a refund anymore. It’s about health, safety, and the standards we expect from one of India’s largest food delivery platforms.
