Being consistent is the key? BB says nehh, not so much. Bhuvan Bam, the legend everyone thought would just be filling out bank forms in life flipped the script and became India's first YouTuber to rock the 10 million subscribers milestone! And the best advice(s) he could deliver clearly tells why and how he's where he is. "Don't chase running trends, create content you'd love to watch." Why? Because that's how you find your tribe, your right audience who loves what you love. Sometimes the content you think is 'meh' goes viral, and the 'in-trend' stuff can flop. So, post everything you create, anything can skyrocket. Following the trend and being consistent doesn't matter so much but creating value and feeling of relatability does. Consistency can be a rollercoaster, but what you post should always be top-notch in your book. As the most humble creator wisely puts it, "Aap apni dil ki dukan ke sabse bade grahak hai" Keep a piece of your heart out to your audience everytime you post something and you'll inspire and charm everyone around you! We all know he's right because who's not inspired by him? ❤

20–25 is honestly a weird age. You’re fresh out of college. Degree mil gayi. But clarity? Nowhere to be found. Every time I sit with friends, the conversations are the same: “The office is toxic.” “No replies to applications.” “Maybe corporate isn’t for me.” While all of us look perfectly sorted on LinkedIn, early career confusion is SO normal. We’ve spent 20 years with structure. School timetable. College timetable. Exams. Results. Now suddenly it’s just… you. And uncertainty. But I always say one thing: End me sab figure out ho jata hai :) Aaj nahi. Kal nahi. But ho jata hai. This generation is sharp. We learn fast. We pivot fast. We survive fast. The only thing we can’t afford is letting uncertainty drown us so much that we stop trying. Rejections and confusion will happen. Just don’t let it make you small. And one day, you’ll sit with someone younger, hear the same panic in their voice, and smile… Because you have been there and you figured it out. 💛
