Thrilled to announce that I've officially joined PepsiCo as a Deputy Manager - Finance🎉   This wasn't exactly part of my initial plan, but when an opportunity to contribute to PepsiCo's sustainability efforts and work with a renowned brand like Frito-Lay North America (FLNA) arose, I knew I couldn't let it pass by.   The interview process itself was a valuable learning experience. While I didn't land the initial role with Nithin Batchu's team, those discussions helped me refine my approach, leading to a successful interview with CA Pooja Agrawal and eventually Anand Gautam. Huge thanks to the entire panel for believing in me and providing me with this opportunity! 💪   Now, I'm incredibly grateful to be part of a team with such a positive work culture. My manager, Yashwanth N Vinu, has been incredibly supportive, and I'm already learning a lot from Arpan Aggarwal, who's patiently guiding me through the knowledge transfer (KT) process. Plus, who can say no to free food and cab services? PepsiCo truly prioritizes the well-being of its employees! 🥤🚗   A special thanks to Shubha Sree for referring me here and to her and Suresh Reddy Gattumeedi for their invaluable guidance throughout the interview process. 🙏   I'm excited to dive deeper into the world of finance at FLNA, specifically managing our client account of the giant grocery retailer, Kroger. Excited to share my experience participating in Deloitte USI's Global Finance BOOST program, an immersive initiative designed to cultivate strategic talent. The program provided a launchpad to collaborate with inspiring colleagues, tackle real-world challenges, and contribute ideas that propel business initiatives forward. I was fortunate to be selected as one of the nine participants out of a population of 200+ folks and worked on a project under the guidance of senior leaders for 6-8 months. The culminating experience was presenting our project findings in Gurgaon. Throughout the program, I gained invaluable exposure by interacting with executive leadership and diverse teams. This honed my communication and collaboration skills, and I also strengthened my technical expertise in presentation and visualization. The BOOST program wasn't just about acquiring technical proficiency; it was a catalyst for my professional development, pushing me to grow from a participant to a powerhouse. #DeloitteUSIGlobalFinance #BOOST #Recognition #WorkHardPlayHard

💭 Reflecting on my time at Deloitte USI, I'm incredibly grateful for the professional growth and experiences I've gained. Joining in April 2022, I was fortunate to be part of the Operate team within Global Finance. 🏆 One of my proudest accomplishments was contributing to the BOOST project working with Gen AI. The memorable experiences, from the annual days and gala events to the winter carnival and family day celebrations, made my time at Deloitte truly special. Meeting celebrities was an added bonus! ✨ 🙇‍♂️ I'm particularly grateful to Sneha Toshniwal Jhawar for referring me to Deloitte. Additionally, I would like to thank Chetan Desai, Anuradha Ramagiri, and Srinivasa Rao K Hyderabad for interviewing me and believing in my potential.
