Had the chance to attend a truly powerful session by Ankur Warikoo at Marwadi University — and it was anything but ordinary. He didn’t just speak, he connected. He didn’t just teach, he shared. From failures to fears, decisions to doubts — every word felt honest, raw, and real. "In a world full of noise and endless race, His words helped me slow down, find my pace." This wasn’t just a talk — it was a timely reminder that it’s okay to not have it all figured out. That student life is messy, growth takes time, and clarity often comes from chaos. I’ve been truly following Ankur sir for years now — his valuable advice, his guidance, and every one of his books, from Do Epic Shit to Build an Epic Career — I’ve read them all. I even use his journal daily to capture my thoughts and reflect on my day. All of this has genuinely shaped the way I think and grow — and today, getting to experience it live meant a lot to me. Thank you so much, Ankur Warikoo, for your honesty, wisdom, and realness. Special thanks to our college management team, Dhruv Marwadi, Rajendrasinh Jadeja, and the entire Marwadi University family for organizing such an inspiring and impactful event. #AnkurWarikoo #MarwadiUniversity #DoEpicShit #Gratitude #GrowthMindset #StudentLife

🌱 3 Months at Tibicle LLP: A Chapter That Felt Right It’s been 3 months since I joined Tibicle LLP, and for the first time in the past 5 years, I feel like I’m exactly where I need to be. No, the stipend isn’t huge. But the peace inside? It’s priceless. Let me take you back a bit… 🔁 In August last year, I got placed at Memighty Inventions Pvt Ltd, Surat. But something didn’t feel right. I kept it on hold, planning to join in January. Just 4 days before my joining, I got placed again, this time in Jaipur. I took the leap and moved in, and initially it looked promising. I had the dream room setup, not less than a 5-star hotel, from AC to decor, sticky notes all over the wall, and a disciplined daily routine. But the company? A shady ed-tech firm selling fake internships under big brand names. I still remember my pitch to the students, and somewhere deep inside, I knew I wasn’t happy. Despite the comfort, every night after work I’d break down wondering, “What am I even doing?” I gave myself a week to think it through. The decision? Resign. And just after 28 days, I left Jaipur, came home, and told everyone, “I want to pursue my Master’s abroad.” Even I started my IELTS preparation with Mary Hiwale and planned everything. Initially, everyone was on board… until typical small-town beliefs kicked in. They discouraged me completely. Ironically, the person who gave this advice later sent his own daughter to Australia. Maybe that’s how life is; it has a better plan when ours fails. 🎯 And that plan was Tibicle LLP. Yes, I admit I used Gemini AI to solve my aptitude test. But Arjun Shinojiya, sir, if you’re reading this, I will bring the same fire and dedication you saw in me. I will try to not let you down. To Bhavini Raval ma’am and Raj Jagani sir, I had said I worked 3 months in my previous role, but I left after 28 days. It wasn’t about performance; I met targets and even earned respect there. The CTC was better than what I have here at Tibicle, and even Memighty offered more. But one thing I’ve learned the hard way: CTC doesn’t matter if inner peace is missing. Today, I’m learning so much at Tibicle. The growth, the people, the environment, and all of it are making me better every single day. I may not know where life is heading… But I do know this is the right place to build something meaningful. Thank you, Tibicle, for giving me a reason to believe again. Let’s build it together. 🚀 🙏 Grateful. Hopeful. Committed. #TibicleLLP #LifeAtTibicle #Gratitude #StartUpJourney #FromLostToFound #KeepBuilding
