🚨 Alakh Pandey's first YouTube pay was Rs.8,000.
You see...
Alakh Pandey from PW (PhysicsWallah) never overcomplicated content creation.
He picked up what he had -
A whiteboard
And a phone
And he started teaching kids who couldn’t afford fancy coaching.
Guess what?
For 6 months, he got no views.
But he didn't flinch!
He kept creating and creating.
Finally, 1 video blew up.
And in the next 3 months...
He got 100,000 subscribers.
That’s your reminder -
Create content.
And don't even look at the numbers for the first 6 months.
The magic will happen.
I have seen it first hand.
When I started created on my Fintech Founder client's LinkedIn profile, he averaged 800 views per post.
But after a year of consistent posting -
He is in the Favikon list of influential creators in India!
SO BET ON YOURSELF. PLEASE.
Until next time.

🚨 Another case of toxic agency culture.
CEO gets abusive after denial to work on weekends.
Reddit user u/RoninMiick has shared his horrible experience working with a marketing agency.
Here's what exactly happened:
This video editor working at a Delhi-based company joined in December, drawn in by the company's Instagram, which (ironically) portrayed it as a "relaxed" marketing agency.
However, the reality turned out to be quite different, with frequent last-minute changes and unclear briefs.
On February 28, he received a video to edit at 5 PM and submitted it by 5:55 PM.
After leaving the office at 7:30 PM, which was the official closing time, he received additional revision requests at 8:30 PM.
When he responded that he doesn't work on weekends, the CEO reacted rudely and demanded a meeting on Monday, likely to pressure him into quitting.
The company continues to present itself as the most laid-back marketing agency online.
They plan to share an update on Monday but, for now, have requested that nothing be done on the company’s social media.
This is another level of alarming.
Was it because the video editor was an easy target?
Or was it simply an ego trip?
