My Expertise (4 services)

Last Updated At: 01-09-2025
A quick overview of services I offer to brands

I bring authentic stories and actionable insights from my journey as an engineer-turned-leadership coach. My style is relatable, practical, and engaging, perfect for podcasts or interviews that aim to inspire and educate.

I’ve spoken to diverse audiences—from engineers starting their careers to senior leaders. I don’t just “talk theory”; I share real leadership lessons that spark conversations and keep listeners hooked. Your audience gets content that educates + entertains.

In today’s workplace, skills alone don’t get you promoted — your brand does. I help engineers and managers build a leadership identity that’s recognized, respected, and rewarded. Think of it as turning your career into a leadership brand story instead of just a job history.

With 12+ years in the automotive industry and as a leadership coach, I know how technical professionals often undersell themselves. I’ll guide you to: Craft a compelling leadership narrative (on LinkedIn, CVs, and in interviews) Showcase your influence, not just execution Build credibility that attracts promotions, speaking gigs, and consulting opportunities Develop a consistent voice & presence online and offline Unlike generic career branding, my focus is on engineering leadership — helping you position yourself as the go-to problem solver, innovator, and leader in your domain.

Imagine yourself at 2:47 AM, you get that text. "Hey, sorry to bother you this late, but the client wants to change the interface completely. Can we have it ready by Tomorrow?" You stare at your phone, remembering this meme. Honestly? You will laugh, right? Then you will probably want to cry a little. Because here's the thing – I've lived this. We ALL have. That sinking feeling when you realise you're trapped in the endless revision cycle. The frustration of watching your carefully crafted work get picked apart. The exhaustion of saying "yes" to everything because... well, that's what we DO, right? 𝗪𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴. Here's what I wish someone had told me 10 years ago: Those endless changes? They're not happening because clients love chaos. They're happening because somewhere along the way, we failed to set clear expectations. We skipped the hard conversations upfront and paid for it later with our sanity. I learned this the hard way when I spent 6 months on a project that should have taken 6 weeks – all because I was too afraid to push back on scope creep. Now? I have different conversations:  • "𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘮𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦"  • "𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘦'𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘥, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦'𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴𝘯'𝘵"  • "𝘈𝘥𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦" The uncomfortable truth: Your job isn't to say yes to every change request. Your job is to deliver impact – and sometimes that means protecting the project from itself. The best engineers and designers I know? They don't just build things. They guide the process. They negotiate. They set boundaries with confidence, not apology. Because here's what I've discovered: Clients don't actually want yes-people. They want partners who will challenge their thinking and deliver results. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 "𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀" 𝘄𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆? Drop it below – I'd love to hear how you've learned to handle scope creep! 👇 P.S. – This is exactly why I spend time coaching engineers on communication and boundary-setting. Technical skills build the product, but people skills protect your peace of mind. #EngineeringLeadership #BoundarySettings #ClientManagement #RealTalk

A ₹22 Lakh job offer. Lost — because of a LinkedIn comment. Not due to lack of skill. Not because of a weak resume. But because character showed up before the candidate did. Here’s what happened: An Indian startup finalized a hire. ✅ Cleared interviews ✅ Impressed the founder ✅ Even built a resume using their platform But during the final background check — they came across his old LinkedIn comments. Religious slurs. Community-targeted hate. The offer was immediately withdrawn. The founder later said: “𝘞𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘥𝘨𝘦𝘵. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘤𝘩 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘴.” Cue the internet: 🚨 “Too harsh!” 🚨 “Cancel culture!” 🚨 “That was years ago!” But here’s what no one could deny: Your digital behavior is part of your personal brand. And your personal brand travels faster than your resume. We obsess over: ✔️ Resume formatting ✔️ Interview prep ✔️ LinkedIn banners and bios But we forget: The internet already knows the real you. In your: 💬 Comments 👀 DMs 🙄 Passive-aggressive replies ⚠️ Posts you ‘liked’ or silently supported Here’s the truth: → Your skills get attention. → Your values decide if you get the job. → Your behavior decides if you keep it. Companies don’t just hire talent. They hire trust. They hire emotional maturity. They hire people who won’t damage their culture, publicly or privately. This isn’t about being fake. It’s about being intentional. Because in 2025, your LinkedIn comments are your background check. 💬 Ever caught yourself commenting without thinking? How do you manage your digital footprint? Drop your thoughts below. ♻️ Repost to remind your network: Leadership starts in the comment section. ➕ Follow Snehashiis P. for weekly insights on engineering leadership & career clarity. #LeadershipBrand #DigitalFootprint #CareerGrowth #LinkedInEtiquette #PersonalBranding #EngineeringLeadership #WorkplaceValues #HireForCharacter #LeadershipMatters #CareerAdvice

A different way to look at salary negotiations Manager: “𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘵 20 𝘓𝘗𝘈? 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵.” Candidate: “𝘉𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 2 𝘊𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘮𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘴𝘵. 𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘢 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵.” This isn’t just a witty response. It’s a mindset shift. Negotiation is never about numbers alone—it’s about value, impact, and confidence.  • A transactional mindset asks: “𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦?”  • A leadership mindset asks: “𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴?” When you frame your worth in terms of the problems you solve and the growth you unlock, the conversation moves from cost to investment. 👉 Cheap hires often end up being the most expensive in the long run. 👉 Not every candidate is expensive. Some are truly priceless. Leaders (whether hiring managers or professionals negotiating their worth) need to remember: It’s never about price. It’s always about value. Would you agree that the best negotiations are less about winning and more about aligning value? ♻ Repost to remind leaders: loyalty pays dividends. ➕ Follow Snehashiis P. for insights on leadership, culture & growth. #Leadership #Negotiation #Hiring #CareerGrowth #PersonalBranding
