𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 Companies set them to ensure smooth transitions—why ignore them when hiring? 𝗨𝗻𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗛𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 Expecting immediate joiners limits the talent pool and forces candidates into tough choices. 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 Respecting notice periods fosters professionalism and long-term trust.
