I recently came across a thought shared by Priyank Ahuja Sir that truly resonated with me
If your manager approves your leave without asking a single question, you are definitely working in a good culture
Here’s why this matters
✅ Trust: Your manager trusts you to handle your work.
✅ Care: They care about your well-being and understand you need breaks.
✅ Respect: They respect your decisions without unnecessary questions.
✅ Support: A good culture means employees feel valued and supported.
Thank you Priyank Ahuja for sharing this thought.
Provide your thoughts in the comments and tag your manager or senior who approved your leave
Finally, Now I have become a CA finalist according to ICAI.
I have just received a courier from the postman and when I saw this, I was so happy and so emotional this time. I think those who received this certificate can relate much better.
The journey starting from CA Foundation to CA finalist is seriously so rollercoaster.
