𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 Microsoft 𝗮𝗻𝗱 ServiceNow. At one point, I used to wonder: “𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲?” Then I realized I was making the same mistake most freshers make: I was 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 instead of showing 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. So I changed my approach: ✔ Built real, end-to-end projects (not tutorial clones) ✔ Clearly explained what each project does and the problem it solves ✔ Highlighted measurable achievements like LeetCode performance, hackathons, and top percentile rankings ✔ Focused on impact over buzzwords That's when things started to change. More recruiters started reaching out. Interview shortlists began to increase. 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻: Your resume is not a list of skills. It's evidence of what you can actually build and solve. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗜 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱: https://lnkd.in/gRGwMffK If you'd like feedback on your resume, feel free to reach out. Happy to help.
