Hi people,
Grateful and happy to share that I have joined Deloitte USI as an Audit Assistant at the Gurgaon office.
I would like to thank the The Placement Cell, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College for providing me with this opportunity.
I would also like to extend a warm thanks to all the people who have supported me throughout the journey.
As I kickstart my new journey, the butterflies in my stomach is but obvious.
Excited and nervous at the same time.
Going with the flow; let's see:)

As the placement season is around the corner for the Batch'24 it is only but normal to feel the butterflies in the stomach.
Even the people who are going to pursue higher education after college should sit for the placements once because this in itself is a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the very start of your career.
I remember how anxious I was at the same time last year when I was preparing for aptitude tests, Group discussions, and technical and personal interviews.
I have gained a fair share of experience in this domain while sitting for various placement drives and now is the time to use those insights to help others.
I have taken this initiative to review resumes, a one-on-one call, general guidance and tips, interview preparation, and much more for FREE.
Yes, you heard that right!
Just a small task so that this post reaches as many students as possible, tag one person in the comments who might find this initiative helpful.
To make it easy, fill out the brief Google form attached below and I'll reach out to you as soon as possible.

I am very late to the party to amass good engagement by posting about CAT. Nonetheless, I would do it through this one. So, it’s already going to be a week since the CAT results were announced. After the results, there were three types of people:- people who were visualizing their 8-figure salary in the future, the other lot whose dreams were shattered, and the last ones who were quick enough to post on Linkedin.
A big congrats to the peeps who joined the 99 percentile club. The sheer determination and hard work done by this lot are commendable. Even Linkedin was overwhelmed by the competitive rush of posts. The year surely ended on a good note for these peeps.
But, the funny similarity in the majority of the posts by the people under the 99 percentile club was their dissatisfaction with themselves even after a lofty score. This reminded me of my school days when first benchers used to fight for every mark even after topping the class.
Then some people did not score well but definitely, they did not miss the opportunity to give some gyaan on Linkedin. I find it amusing but sometimes it feels as if people fail on purpose to motivate others. ROADIES salute their sacrifice!
I also gave the exam this year and believe me when I say this, one-day exams are based on an individual’s luck to an extent. But, luck can show the way, it’s only honest hard work and resolution that could help in crossing that way out.
I neither joined any coaching nor had any material, I just filled out the form because my parents wanted me to at least sit for the exam. Also, I gave Zero mocks so y’all can gauge my seriousness for the exam. Last but not the least, I attempted all the questions in the exam as I was not aware of the strategies to be adopted. So, it was just blind LUCK.
Should I be motivated by having an average percentile without any hard work? My friends and parents answer in the same direction:- YES. But, my conscience answers the other way round.
Youtube has a lot of content for free and Shweta Arora has beautifully crafted a spreadsheet to prepare for all the sections for CAT. You can access the same by clicking the link given below:-
