👏 She is also a chemical engineer as a main domain, and wants to replace regular plastic with biodegradable plastic made from farm waste. Their special bioplastic is strong, resists heat and water, and completely breaks down in soil or water within 90 days.
😊 According to Pallavi, by 2040, around 71,000 crore KG of plastic will be produced worldwide, causing 19% of greenhouse gas emissions. BhavisyaPlast aims to reduce plastic waste and pollution by providing an affordable and eco-friendly alternative.
✌ Pallavi demonstrated the bioplastic’s durability, showing that it burns like paper (making it environmentally friendly) while staying intact in water, proving its strength and water resistance.

It is not easy to say which job areas are best, especially in rural and Tier-2 cities. Even qualified CMAs are not getting good jobs in some places. Many companies are not ready to hire CMAs. The reasons are salary expectations and the fear that CMAs may leave the job soon. So, companies prefer people with a CA Inter qualification for long-term stay.
I have spoken with HR professionals from several small, medium, and even listed companies. Many of them prefer and are willing to hire candidates who have completed CMA along with CA Intermediate, as this combination provides strong exposure in finance, taxation, cost accounting, and auditing. This can significantly improve your job prospects.
Some people feel that the “CA Inter” qualification holds value equal to that of the CMA,
Fine!
Anyhow, having both gives you a competitive edge, especially in large domestic companies.
This is particularly relevant for those who have already registered for CA Intermediate but haven’t completed it yet. I strongly recommend completing the remaining papers of CA Inter to strengthen your profile, rather than solely pursuing international certifications. 😁
If you are an experienced CMA, it is better to do specific certifications than join new courses. At that level, your work experience is more important.
For CMAs in manufacturing companies, certifications like Six Sigma and Financial Modeling are helpful.
For jobs in FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), learning Financial Modeling and Data Analysis is important.
For internal audit jobs, it is good to have an Information Systems Audit certification. It helps to work with ERP software and understand internal controls, and the internal auditor certification is optional, but useful.
